What could make InThirty better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the “My feedback” filter and select “My open ideas”.

    1. Add a running mode

      Allow people to search for places they could run in thirty minutes- this was an idea from an Apps For Metro Chicago judge!

      • Add crime data

        Color the heatmap according to the number of crimes on average in a neighborhood. Not sure how this would use the transit data.. any ideas?

        • Make the heatmap more transparent as you zoom

          As you zoom in closer to the map, the heatmap becomes more transparent so you can see the streets better.

          • Make the search marker draggable

            When doing a search, you could drag the search point, and when you dropped it, it would do a new search at that location.
